Users must agree and understand to the points below before placing an order via The Mutts Nutts Art website and accept these terms going forward:

• • • Our artists are highly trained and skilled to do the best job possible with the photos you supply us with. Due to the nature of the work and customers responsibility in sending the right photos in we cant offer a full money back guarantee.
    • This does not apply if you received the wrong product, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. 
    • We have filters that will automatically reject low resolution photos. 
    • We provide very clear guidance regarding the photos we need you to upload to get the quality you deserve. 
    • If you don’t follow these easy guidelines but your photo makes it through the resolution filter we reserve the right to reject photos and charge a £10 admin and fee. This is EASILY avoided and is in the best interests of both parties, we want the right pictures to work with so we can guarantee the best results available. 
    • We can only work with what you send.
    • You will have seen our amazing sample photos. These were made from high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry, low quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high quality finish you see on site.
